Smart Soundmasking System II

Optimum sound management form

The core of the Smart Soundmasking System II (Smart SMSII) comprises a digitally based unit (DSP). It forms the basis of a unique soundmasking system which adapts entirely to the characteristics of a given space. Smart SMSII is programmed either via a PC or laptop and can be both tuned to the structural trademarks of a space as well as to the desired masking level. Sensors (Active Sound Level Sensors) continually measure the environmental sound within the space where soundmasking is required. Smart SMSII comprehensively maintains the soundmasking at the correct level both automatically and in real time.

Masking and distributing in one

Smart SMSII combines the advantages of an optimal soundmasking system and a sublime public address and music installation in the one single appliance. Upon assembly by a certified installer the system functions totally automatically. Smart SMSII can come equipped with a clock for calendar settings (day and night setting) and for automatic task execution.

Invisible in ceilings

Smart SMSII can be delivered in 1, 2, 4 or 8 channel versions. In order to produce the soundmasking the system requires connection to a number of (25 volt) loudspeakers. These are invisible as they are placed behind the existing ceiling. Several systems can be linked together. If required, the system can also be remote controlled via the internet.
